Seen on Las Palmas at 3:17 PM. Wearing brown t-shirt and pants. Police were called and looked for him. Post was called. I got in my car after AJ texted the suspect's location. I passed the man sitting on the curb at 2014 Las Palmas. AJ was in his car 30 yards away. Police operator told AJ officers were on Milner at the time. I drove up Milner but didn't see any cruiser. I saw David Purdy. He jumped in and we drove down Milner. AJ reported he saw Barrett turn right from Las Palmas and head up Milner. He disappeared either up the Whitley Steps or nearby. The police said to call again if and when he is spotted.

If seen, please call 911. The man has a criminal record.

Reference Incident numbers are only valid for a 24 hour period. If anyone has video of Barrett on their property, it qualifies for filing an incident report. Please file. Male black 5'10" 170 lbs, ~age 30, black hair, black beard.

Bart, on Watsonia, saw him around 3:00. The suspect was looking at 6726 Milner'.
