Suspicious person
Suspicious person wearing a black hooded jacket & carrying a black bag. He walked back & forth from the Whitley Terrace Steps to about 200 yards past Grace Ave. He went into a driveway & a car port near the Whitley Terrace Steps for about a minute each. This happened between 7:29 AM and 7:34 AM. Just posting so everyone is aware. He walked down the Whitley Terrace Steps about 7:34 AM. I posted this first on the Whitley Heights facebook page.
Someone else posted on the facebook page that he was around Grace at 7 AM.

Thanks, David, for notifying us. Our front gate camera captured man you describe at 7:07 AM. He appears to be video-taping the temporary fence. Why?
Minutes prior, our garage camera showed him smoking a cigarette, standing at 2014 Grace, and staring at Kendra Court gate. This guy is up to no good.
Mike Noonan saw him walking on Wedgewood last week. Please be vigilent.
