Hate to profile, but this guy (stubble beard, gold chain, black hoody, black pants on a hot day) is a classic post office photo. Hanging out this morning in front of garage at 6621 Whitley Terrace watching people leave for work.

The guy on Holly Hill Terrace is not the same guy we saw on Whitley. The fellow on Whitley was African American but also tall.
