White male in his late twenties dressed in all black checking door handles of cars on Whitley Terrace @ 7:20pm
At 7:20 pm Todd Manion reports this man walking on Whitley Terrace at the top of Whitley Avenue heading West checking car handles. Post patrol has been called and the photo sent to them by me. Be on the look out.
