Dear All, a verbally agressive stranger (6' black / male approximately 40 years old) came onto a property at Whitley and Milner, screaming that he "owned" the property and wanted access. Fortunately, he was stopped by some workers who were there at the time. He was last seen walking down Milner Road. Post Security has been informed. Please be aware of this indivisual.
