Hi everyone,

Just want to alert you to a man who is wondering the neighborhood either on drugs and/or mentally ill. Attached are photos. He has been identified as a man who wondered into a courtyard and was trying to open gates and doors and he also may be the same person that started a fire on Holly Hill Terrace recently. Post escorted him off the hill yesterday. He returned and police and fire dept came last night but ended up leaving him in the neighborhood (incredibly frustrating). He is back in the neighborhood now, Wed 10/10
