I received a text from a neighbor at 8:11 PM saying she saw a guy trying to open car doors and the gate at 2026 Grace. No attempt was successful. The man is bearded and wearing light-colored clothing with hoodie. His direction is a winding course.
I dispatched Post. They came within minutes. If you see this man, call 911 and dispatch Post Patrol: 626-446-7159.

At 1:18 am September 17, the same suspect breached my clear perimeter fence to attempt break-in by climbing my locked entry gate. 4 LAPD vehicles & helicopter arrived within minutes of my 911 call. Suspect fled property before arrival. If he is seen again, please call 911 & reference Incident #190917000217. A Trespass report was taken. He can be seen on far right of image --unable to post here . Please see New post under Safety forum. Male black 5'10" 170 lbs, ~age 30, black hair, black beard.
