Crime Update
There have been multiple home invasions on the hill in the last few days. Whitley Heights has tools to help law enforcement. Please check your security cameras and The Ring. Look for a car or persons leaving the hill via Bonair, Las Palmas, Milner, Whitley Terrace, Whitley Avenue, Watsonia, Wedgewood.
6650 Whitley Terrace: between 9 PM Friday and 6 AM Saturday.
An arrest was made, Sunday 4 AM morning, at 6763 Whitley Terrace. Many of us heard helicopters and bullhorns. Unrelated incidents.
6767 and 6763 Tuesday, around 10 AM. Four cruisers were at the site at 5 PM. 6763 is vacant. 6767 is a rental.
Neighbor's cameras captured thieves stealing from a SUV and truck on Las Palmas and Whitley Terrace over the weekend. Police were notified. We must be vigilant.

Unfortunately, we do not have a Senior Lead Officer in place yet.
Hi we live at 6776 Milner and my 2016 Grey Toyota Tacoma was parked at the top of the steps on whitley terrace. it was rummaged through on Saturday night, we had just returned from camping and had a tent and two sleeping bags stolen from the bed. They got into the cab (I don't know how) and took loose quarters and a random power inverter that was in the center console.
I didn't report it because it was so petty, but I will send a note to Gerardo Morales and report it.
