Residential construction is not allowed on Sundays in Los Angeles. All morning, banging and sawing coming from Kendra court. It's annoying and illegal. Can we have one Sunday morning of peace? I walked around and couldn't get to the workers to talk to them. Whoever is doing this should know better. It's not permitted if they are working on a Sunday.
