Dog Found This Morning on Whitley near the Bonair / Las Palmas intersection!!

Yellow lab looking Mixed Breed, young and very sweet - had a red collar but no tags for ID.

He found the dog and has the dog in his care, and is trying to find a solution to get the pup back to its owners.
