That painting on the cover was on an earlier edition of that mag and I was looking at it as I was looking out my window at 6711 Whitley Terrace. I took a double take and I lined all the hills up, that painting was was painted where this house sits, before it was built (so before 1921). I called the magazine to tell them. The painting itself Flowers Under the Oaks by Granville Redmond is displayed at the Irvine Museum.
