A storm drain was blocked at the end of Grace Ave this morning. The rain was backing up starting to flood the street. I put in a service request thru the "311" app at 7:39 AM. At about 8:00, a city crew from L. A. Sanitation was already here to work on storm drain. I spoke to one of the crew members & he said that they just got the call.
