Young White guy (20’s) I with light hair rang door @ 11:15 ..asks if I saw his lost cat. He said he had heard that someone had called animal control… I said .. for a cat? Sounds unlikely … I Told him to go to Whitelyheights.org and email WHCA with details as the best way to get the word out. So if he rings your door , call post.
