The question was raised, "How do I know my forum post/notification was received?" On the prior platform, the author would receive the post. On the new platform, the author WILL NOT. Please know that this has been tested. If you post on a Forum, any member that has opted in to receive notifications from that Forum will be notified.

As a reminder, to follow a Forum and receive up-to-date community news, you must opt-in to follow and receive notifications from that Forum. Each Forum is mutually exclusive.

To follow a Forum, locate the THREE VERTICAL DOTS within the Forum Tile (as shown below).

Click on the three dots and select Follow Category. It's that simple. Again, to receive notifications from a Forum, you MUST OPT-IN on each individual Forum(s).
