For several months, there has been a small dog crying for hours day and night right near Milner and Las Palmas. Because of the hills above it has been impossible to figure out exactly what house. Clearly, this dog is being left alone and severely anxious. It is incredibly aggravating but worse, the dog is suffering. Possibly the owners are not aware of the crying but either way, this dog deserves proper treatment.
