Hello, at 11:30am I came home to find a man who has been spotted on my property and roaming the neighborhood previously.

He was combative and luckily, lovely women across the street aided in getting him to leave.

BUT, he has been around for days and when he leaves my property he wanders the neighborhood.

Tall, thin, white, wearing all black, including a trench coat and tattoos on his face. (Screen shot attached)

If anyone sees anything going on at 1965 Whitley Ave please do not hesitate to inform me. I have been struggling to get peace on my property and following the proper channels is taking and interminable amount of time. It is a horrible person who has ingratiated herself with my elderly "tenant", who resides in the 1967 unit, and she is inviting these people to my property and the neighborhood. I am doing everything I can to get this resolved and in the meantime, I could use the help of the community.
