Thieves going around Whitley Heights checking car doors. Our tenant just grabbed this shot of a light blue Hyundai on Wedgewood. A woman got out of it, ransacked a suitcase they had obviously stolen and discarded it. She then walked down Wedgewood trying car doors until our tenant yelled at her and she jumped into the car and they took off. The license plate is clear on the photo. This happened today around 10:45. We will forwarded this to LAPD. Description of person involved – Other details: Tenant described her as possibly Latina, tats and a muffin top. The driver a Latino male, skinny.

I don't recognize the name on the suitcase or Cigna Card. This will be reported to the Hollywood division LAPD.
