It's now been a month or two since this has resumed but I'm pretty sure the street sweeper has only been on Emmet once. Not to mention the vast number of vehicles that don't move on street sweeping days. Parking certainly doesn't come around any more so why should they move?

Who do I call to remind that alternate side parking needs to be enforced?

Is the rest of the neighborhood experiencing this issue as well?
