Just had an encounter with Kawika on Wedgwood, about 15 minutes ago. He was trying to get into a neighbor's back yard. Police were called, but of course, he took off before they could get here. He was his usual combative, bat-shit crazy self. He was carrying a bed roll and a backpack.
