At about 2:40pm we witnessed a Hispanic man, wearing a white t-shirt and black pants carrying a satchel for his spray cans, spray paint graffiti on the wall at the intersection of Wedgewood and Whitley Terrace. We chased him in our car and were able to get a couple of photos (see attached). He was driving a white Camry with license # 5KFN734
