Dog Loose
Good Morning,
At about 8:45 there was a small, peachy-beige maybe Spaniel / Papillion mix running west on Whitley Terrace. No one was able to get close enough, but it was wearing a collar. I lost sight of it around 6658 Whitley Terrace. Hopefully it found it's way home.

The dog "Cooper" was found, owner was called, and Cooper was retrieved much to delight of Cooper and owner. Thank you everyone for lending a hand (and a leash and some treats)! A happy ending.
