Heading to work at 730a this morning I drove past an abandoned, brand new vehicle that was crashed out into the West curb on the 1900 block of Las Palmas. I called the Hollywood Police department and after going through a long list of automated "press 1 if you'd like to speak with..." I eventually landed on the desk Sergeant who then rambled off another number to call. I tried to explain that I didn't really have the capability of writing down phone numbers while driving but that didn't seem to matter so I gave up. Gotta love bureaucracy.
