Am today told that Jorge Plasencia and Cesar, homeless outreach from CD 4, plus Officer Brian White were on site as the homeless encampment and art installation at Cahuenga Underpass - which occasioned so much discussion at Sunday's neighborhood meeting - were taken down. Also hear that four of the five homeless accepted housing assistance referrals.
