hi neighbors! i've noticed a serious leak on the stairs connecting Whitley to Milner - has anyone else seen this? It's not Tim's house but the one below on the same side. Not sure who owns this but it will be a serious water bill - as well as mosquito breeding ground - if left untreated. the water goes down the stairs and onto Milner. if anyone knows who owns this property can you please let them know?
