I don't know if the owner of the property is on this board but several residents on Emmet are fed up with the all night parties. 5 or 6 days a week. The noise complaint number has been distributed and will be called; most likely starting tonight.
As mentioned at the meeting last weekend, the more complaints they receive the better chance of taking care of the problem. Video evidence is also a plus!

Good news from Officer Ben Thompson: "I am working on finalizing my public nuisance complaint for that property today. I will let you know when it is completed and what the next steps will be after that. My goal is to have the complaint completed by tomorrow so I can put it in the City Attorney’s hands on Monday. Please keep me apprised of the neighborhood conditions and I will be sure to include any disruptions that you report occurring in relation to this property in my nuisance complaint".
