I spoke with Harry Batikian, the BSL Construction Supervisor, and he told me that both Whitley Avenue and Emmet Terrace rewiring should be completed between Thanksgiving and Christmas, if not before. The remainder of the hill should be finished some time in January, with Milner Road being last to be addressed because it requires the most comprehensive work and will utilize the most workers. I will check in regularly with Harry and report on the website. Every 2-3 weeks until it's done. The good news is the work is finally underway.
