Does anyone know if, after the City has completed the lighting repairs (I assume that's what's going on up here) they will replace the asphalt they've used to fill in the holes with concrete? Isn't that a requirement for the work being done? Is there any chance that we can get some of the newly issued "finally fix the older streets that really need repairs" funds to have WH completely repaved? Any updates appreciated.
