Many of our street lights continue to be out. Supervisor Richard Kaplan calls it "a tough one". He reports the circuits are unstable. Bureau of Street Lighting is hoping to have them repaired by the end of the month. BSL is fully aware of which lights are dark.

The peninsula at Whitley Terrace and Milner Road took a hit recently. We can save what's living and plant succulents to green out the section if a committee of volunteers is willing water the land by bucket until the new plants get established.
