Good morning residents,

First of all, thank you for your patience as we have been completing the water main replacement on Milner Rd and Watsonia Terrace. We are almost to the top of Milner Rd at Whitely Terrace. I estimate we will be fully completed on Milner Rd in about 2 weeks or so. Starting this Friday, June 27th and Saturday June 28th, we will be starting to excavate and install new water main on Las Palmas Ave from Milner Rd to Bonair Pl to Whitley Terrace. We will focus our efforts on Las Palmas Ave from Milner Rd to where Bonair Pl starts first.

With that being said, you will probably notice “No Parking’ signs on Las Palmas Ave soon and you will start to see activity Friday morning. Please feel free to email me back with questions. We will do our best to lessen the impact we have on your street.

Next week, we will focus mainly on finishing Milner Rd.
