"The leak on Franklin Ave was very bad timing. However, that pipe is about 100 years old and placed on emergency main repair. Although there will be impacts to the community, We will do our best to tackle this project efficiently. Good news is that the Franklin project will not slow our Whitley Heights Project due to both projects being on different streets.

Regarding the Whitley Heights project, we are scheduled to start the first OR second week of August. I’ll need to confirm this with our crews. Once I confirm, I will send out an email to all the residents who signed up for the email list (sometime next week) For now, I believe they are doing some preparatory work before we begin any trenching."
