I spoke with LADWP and they will be installing a new electrical conduit on Whitley Terrace. The street will most likely not have through access during much of their working hours. In the evenings and on Sundays they will cover the trench with metal plates to allow traffic to pass through. This project is expected to last 2 weeks. From Monday, 2/6 to Saturday, 2/18?
