Items # 7 & 8..... SUPPORT Strengthening Condition 14(d).......6220 West Yucca Project ...(Appeals) -ITEM NO. (7) Related to Item 8 20-1383 CD 13
AND
-ITEM NO.(8) Related to 7 20-1383-S1 CD 13 Los Angeles Tenants Union appealed this project and now they are asking people to please call in for Items # 7 & 8 and SUPPORT the *Appeal that is asking for a 'Condition of Approval' to be Strengthened. "Please Support STRENGTHENING Condition 14 (d)" "Conduits 14(d) not only requires a tenant's 'right of return', it also requires the landlord to pay the difference in rent during the interim time of construction." This will create a pathway to have this across the city, for any place where tenants live that is a location for a proposed development, so there is a real plan to stop development-created displacement, that is feeding our increase in homeless numbers. *Appeals: https://clkrep.lacity.org/onlinedocs/2020/20-1383-S1_misc_11-19-2020.pdf *LATU/Argyle-Yucca Tenants Assoc Appeal........page 3
(You can also SUPPORT all the appeals against this project, as described in the document, if you wish)
Thank you!
