*All 'HPOZ adjacent' streets leading into Whitley Heights are now part of the new Measure JJJ/TOC's..Transit Oriented Communities..which allows more height, density, out of character development projects.
Hollywood Heritage will share their work to protect original historic and older buildings on Whitley Ave. that are not protected, threatened with demolition, and being replaced with out of scale and character projects.
If SB 827 passes, TOC development projects will be 'By Right' developments... Even larger projects, no CEQA, environmental testing, no zoning , no design restrictions, no public input.
The work Hollywood Heritage is doing can protect our community now and into the future.
