In response to the requests from the Whitley Heights Civic Association meetings, the LA Phil is exploring options to mitigate the impacts from the full closure at Milner and Highland on busy nights. To start this process, there will be modifications to the traffic controls with hard closure nights on October 13th and 28th. We will use these modified closures to allow more flexibility to see the impact.
