Changes Planned for Your Neighborhood. Tomorrow, Wednesday, December 9, the Los Angeles Planning Department will hold an overview presentation of the August 2020 draft of the Hollywood Community Plan Update 2 (HCPU2).

This meeting will discuss possible changes for your neighborhood. The Draft HCPU2 also includes the plans for Community Plan Implementation Overlays.

Two suggested for HHWNC and specifically for Area 3 (Whitley Heights) are the Regional Center and Multi-family Residential. On December 9, the Los Angeles Planning Department will hold an overview presentation of the HCPU2

Thanks to our Area 3 chair, Brian Dyer, and the HHWNC HCPU Ad Hoc Committee ..as they have held a number of community meetings with us, going over the HCPU and the changes coming to our neighborhood, and listening to input and quality of life concerns of the stakeholders.

All the work and time they put into this, their knowledge and insight, guiding our communities through this, has been greatly appreciated.

Neighborhood Councils submit these issues to the city for the HCPU on behalf of their stakeholders, so thank you to HHWNC for representing us.
