Dear Area 3 / Housing Committee Stakeholders – Reminder that tomorrow night, there will be an Area 3/Housing Committees' meeting, from 6:15 PM – 7:45 PM at Yucca Community Center, 6671 Yucca St, Los Angeles, 90028. We will be discussing possible legislation that has, or may, affect our neighborhood including the controversial SB 50, the little heard of AB 724, the application of JJJ by developers and the Central Planning Commission, and what is known about the upcoming roll-out of LA City’s AirBNB ordinance.
