Montecito Senior Housing Project 6650 Franklin, the Montecito Senior Housing project, will be presenting at Hollywood Hills West Neighborhood Council’s Planning and Land Use Committee’s meeting this Thursday, January 4, 2018 at the Will and Ariel Durant library starting at 6:00 PM.  This will be the third meeting at PLUM regarding this project.  New documents, including the Traffic Assessment, have been uploaded to HHWNC.org and can be found via this link.  The City Planning Department’s case nos. are CPC 2017-1503, CPC 2017-1504 and AA 2017-1505.  The CA CEQA no. is ENV-2017-1504-EAF.  The full agenda for the PLUM meeting can be found via this link. Board meeting The next Board Meeting for the Hollywood Hills West Neighborhood Council will be held on Wednesday, January 17, Will and Ariel Durant Library from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM.  Agenda to be posted. Hollywood Street Closures for January are not known at this time.  When they become available, a separate email will be sent.  As an FYI, the “New Year’s Race” is happening downtown on this Sunday, January 7 and will affect areas around the 101 and 110 Freeways.  Plan your Sunday trips accordingly.
