He attends WHCA board meetings, the meeting to discuss Kawika Barrett, and a block captain meeting usually with SLO Heather Mata. Ethan listens and is a very good communicator. He always follows up on emails. The Harmons threw him a party after he prosecuted a party house at 6652 Whitley Terrace. He’s down to earth, smart, transparent, and creatively motivated to solve problems - like the Wilcox Triangle. He’s a wonderful public servant. I urge neighbors to RSVP and attend. Brian and I will be there in full support.
