MySafe:LA is pleased to invite you to participate in Wildfire Day LA, taking place on Saturday, June 27, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Autry Museum of the American West at Griffith Park, 4700 Western Heritage Way, Los Angeles, CA 90027 This important community event is produced by MySafe:LA in collaboration with the Los Angeles City Fire Department, Councilwoman Nithya Raman, local homeowners associations and neighborhood councils. Together, we are bringing residents, public safety professionals, nonprofit leaders, and preparedness experts into one space to provide critical wildfire safety education and resources.
Griffith park is one of the largest parks in the US at 4,200 to 4,500 acres of rugged urban wilderness. The Park and the surrounding communities are among the most wildfire-vulnerable areas in Los Angeles.
This fair is designed to:
Provide residents with actionable wildfire preparedness guidance
Connect homeowners and renters with trusted safety and mitigation resources
Share updates on evacuation planning, defensible space, and home hardening
Strengthen collaboration between agencies and the community
