The 14 palms at the top of Whitley Avenue have not been trimmed in over two years. They looked straggly. It was time. When maintained, these majestic palms enhance property values as well as attract film productions. When neglected, dead fronds pose a fire hazard and risk injuring pedestrans flying off in strong winds.

Estan and his crew do excellent work. He's such a nice man.

Residents generally pay dues at the annual meeting in June. But don't stand on ceremony. Feel free to donate anytime. Funds support public gardening maintenance, puppet shows, doggie bags, security provisions (public staircase locks, broken gates, close bars), hoilday garlands, welcome packets, and much more. If everyone contributed, we would never have to fundraise again.
