Easier yet, create a "Bulky Items" ticket on the MYLA311 app. You will receive an email confirmation that includes a Service Request reference number to track.

Dragging large unwanted items to the street is not enough. Sanitation needs to plan. Anyone with the app can submit service requests for bulky item pickups. Given we live in a high fire hazard zone, please be vigilant. If you're walking your dog and see a discarded Christmas tree, pull out your phone and submit a SR.

Over the last two days Los Angeles Conservation Corps removed six piles of dead palm fronds and debris. J Anderson, CD4 Field Deputy, and Lesly Valenzuela, Case Manager, gave Whitley Heights their prompt attention. They stayed in constant touch until the fronds were hauled away.
