CRA/LA (http://www.crala.org/internet-site/index.cfm) will be voting on the Hollywood Blvd/Franklin Ave. District Design Guidelines (H/FDG) and Sunset Blvd. District Design Guidelines (SDG), Thursday morning..9:30AM meeting..

If the CRA Design Guidelines are voted in, these Hollywood /Franklin and Sunset Districts and their historic resources will have better protections when SB330 takes effect January 1st..

If not, developers will pretty much be able to do what they want.

There is a  call to action to get this vote postponed by factions that don't want the protections the 'Design Guidelines' will provide these areas. If the vote is postponed, and SB330 goes into effect without the 'Design Guidelines' being approved Thursday, Hollywood - Franklin District and Sunset District will  pretty much be anything goes for developers under SB330.

This issue is very important to protecting these areas, and their historic resources..

Please  join  Hollywood Heritage and others to speak in support of the CRA Hollywood Blvd./ Franklin Ave. District  and Sunset District Design Guidelines that will protect these areas, being voted on and approved NOW,  at the CRA Meeting Thursday, and not POSTPONED.
